La validaci\u00f3n experimental de los modelos obtenidos se ha realizado en dos casos distintos: un banco de hielo a escala de planta piloto y una instalaci\u00f3n para enfriamiento de agua con dep\u00f3sito acumulador a nivel industrial en una bodega. De los resultados obtenidos se concluye que modelos matem\u00e1ticos sencillos basados en balances de energ\u00eda considerando cada componente del sistema frigor\u00edfico como una s\u00f3la zona son adecuados para obtener la simulaci\u00f3n del duncionamiento real con gran precisi\u00f3n.
