Se han empleado metodolog\u00edas teoricas basadas en mecanica cuantica y mecanica molecular. El estudio se ha realizado en forma de cluster, investigando en un primer paso las preferencias conformacionales inherentes al residuo; en segundo lugar las conformaciones accesibles de una cadena polimerica en entornos con diferente polaridad; finalmente se estudiaron empaquetamientos hexacoordinados en los que se trato de simular el estado solido.
