Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Una reflexi\u00f3n acerca del intercambio como concepto central del m\u00e1rketing constituye el marco id\u00f3neo para el posterior desarrollo de esta tesis doctoral, al desprenderse de ella dos conclusiones:  .- Existen alternativas al intercambio de mercado que coexisten con \u00e9ste en competencia.  .- El intercambio puede producirse en distintos puntos de la cadena de valor.  en coinsecuencia, esta tesis fija dos objetivos a lo largo de sus cap\u00edtulos:  1. Identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de las alternativas al intercambio de mercado utilizado por los consumidores como v\u00edas de satisfacci\u00f3n de necesidades.  2. An\u00e1lisis de las motivaciones y factores determinantes del comportamiento decisor de los consumidores orientado a la satisfacci\u00f3n de sus deseos y necesidades.  para lograr estos objetivos, en el cap\u00edtulo 2, se introducen los conceptos de mercado interno y mercado externo y se realiza una revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica de los decisores de elecci\u00f3n de mercado a nivel de empresa y de consumidores.  en el cap\u00edtulo 3, se presentan las principales conclusiones obtenidas en una primera aproximaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica del problema a investigar, identificando las alternativas de elecci\u00f3n de mercado realiza por los consumidores, en concreto, las unidades familiares, en s\u00ed como el papel jugado por las variables identificativas de \u00e9sta como grupo.  los cap\u00edtulos 4 y 5 centran su atenci\u00f3n en el desarrollo y posterior estimaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica de un modelo de elecci\u00f3n de mercado, en el que se recogen las motivaciones y factores del consumidor individual que le llevan a tomar una decision en una u otra direcci\u00f3n.
