Este trabajo se engloba en el consorcio b2 del proyecto europeo eurofan: \u00aban\u00e1lisis de los niveles de rna\u00bb. Los niveles absolutos de expresi\u00f3n indican que un 3,9% de las orfs son de alta expresi\u00f3n, 33% de expresi\u00f3n media y 46,6% de baja expresi\u00f3n. La regulaci\u00f3n a nivel transcripcional del 67,2% de las orfs cuantificadas result\u00f3 ser constitutiva. El resto de las orfs se distribuyeron entre los diferentes tipos de regulaci\u00f3n por fuente de carbono, nitr\u00f3geno, fase estacionaria, choque osm\u00f3tico y choque t\u00e9rmico, siendo el grupo mayoritario las que presentan inducci\u00f3n por glucosa. En general la respuesta reguladora fue peque\u00f1a, con un factor de inducci\u00f3n o represi\u00f3n cercano a dos y s\u00f3lo un 18,5% mostr\u00f3 respuestas cuantificables por un valor superior a 5.
