Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se prepararon varias 5-aminotieno (2,3-c)piridazinas funcionalizadas en la posici\u00f3n 6: derivados carboxamida, carbonitrilo y carbaldehido. A partir del derivado carboxamida se obtuvieron diversas piridazinotienotriazinas y pirimidotienopiridazinas.  estas \u00faltimas se sintetizaron tambi\u00e9n partiendo del derivado carbonitrilo. A partir del derivado carbaldehido se obtuvieron distintas piridazinotienopirrolodiazepinas (usando dmthf) y piridotienopiridazinas (por su condensaci\u00f3n de frielander con cetonas y nitrilos). Estas \u00faltimas se fusionaron a un anillo de pirimida para dar lugar a diversas pirimidopiridotienopiridazinas.
