El control an\u00e1litico de dichos compuestos t\u00f3xicos requiere de t\u00e9cnicas sensibles y selectivas, por lo que uno de los objetivos de esta memoria se centra en la optimizaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas cromatogr\u00e1ficas ya propuestas, optimizaci\u00f3n de etapas previas de preparaci\u00f3n de muestra, as\u00ed como introducci\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis alternativas, como la electroforesis capilar, para establecer posteriormente una comparaci\u00f3n entre las mismas.
