La determinaci\u00f3n de dichos par\u00e1metros por m\u00e9todos cl\u00e1sicos de an\u00e1lisis es tedioso y requiere un coste elevado en tiempo y reactivos. La \u00fanica alternativa es la espectroscop\u00eda de reflectancia en el infrarrojo cercano (nir) que permite rapidez, exactitud y precisi\u00f3n aceptables sin apenas preparaci\u00f3n de la muestra y sin consumo de reactivos con el \u00fanico inconveniente de efectuar calibraciones para cada producto y par\u00e1metro a determinar.  se realizaron calibraciones y validaciones anuales con muestras de los a\u00f1os 1992, 1993, 1994 y 1995 y se obtuvieron ecuaciones de calibraci\u00f3n global con la poblaci\u00f3n total de muestras y con una colecci\u00f3n seleccionada estad\u00edsticamente del
