{"id":37701,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/optimacion-medioambiental-de-la-sintesis-de-pigmentos-ceramicos-aplicacion-de-metodos-sol-gel\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"optimacion-medioambiental-de-la-sintesis-de-pigmentos-ceramicos-aplicacion-de-metodos-sol-gel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/optimacion-medioambiental-de-la-sintesis-de-pigmentos-ceramicos-aplicacion-de-metodos-sol-gel\/","title":{"rendered":"Optimacion medioambiental de la sintesis de pigmentos ceramicos: aplicacion de metodos sol-gel."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mario Llusar Vicent <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo b\u00e1sico de este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n consiste en la optimizaci\u00f3n medioambiental de tres pigmentos cer\u00e1micos seleccionados, de naturaleza diferente:  i) un pigmento estructural como el verde victoria (dcma 4-07-3), basado en el granate uvarovita, ca3cr2si3o12, en el que el elemento crom\u00f3foro (cromo) forma parte de la propia estructura cristalina pigmentante, confiri\u00e9ndole su coloraci\u00f3n verde caracter\u00edstica.  ii) una disoluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida, como es el caso del pigmento azul de vanadio-circ\u00f3n, (zr,v) sio4 (dcma 14-42-2), en el que el vanadio forma una disoluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida en la red de circ\u00f3n, incorpor\u00e1ndose en las posiciones tetra\u00e9dricas y\/o dodeca\u00e9dricas, actuando simult\u00e1neamente como crom\u00f3foro y como agente \u00abauto-mineralizador\u00bb.  iii) un pigmento ampliamente reconocido como encapsulado, como es el pigmento rosa coral de hierro-circ\u00f3n, (zr,fe)sio, (dcma 14-44-5), en el que las part\u00edculas de hematita que act\u00faan como crom\u00f3foras quedan encapsuladas en el circ\u00f3n neoformado, confiri\u00e9ndole su coloraci\u00f3n rojiza caracter\u00edstica.  en cada uno de estos pigmentos se ha realizado un estudio de optimizaci\u00f3n con el objetivo de minimizar las emisiones de gases a la atm\u00f3sfera (p\u00e9rdidas por calcinaci\u00f3n o mermas) y de los lixiviados de naturaleza contaminante en el lavado de los colores calcinados, con la premisa de obtener un rendimiento colorim\u00e9trico aceptable y realiz\u00e1ndose dicho estudio fundamentalmente en base a tres variables diferentes:  . Tratamiento t\u00e9rmico.  . Empleo de sistemas mineralizadores com\u00fanmente utilizados en el sector de colorantes cer\u00e1micos.  .
