Esta reacci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo en procesos en continuo con catalizadores heterog\u00e9neos, m\u00e1sicos o soportados de pd, pt, rh, ru, mo, ni, etc. Los objetivos de la tesis han sido la preparaci\u00f3n de catalizadores a base de n\u00edquel m\u00e1sicos y soportados, de diferente morfolog\u00eda y tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula, para ser utilizados en la hidrodecloraci\u00f3n de clorobenceno, o-diclorobenceno y 1,2,4-triclorobenceno a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica. Los catalizadores m\u00e1sicos se han preparado a partir de diferentes precursores, especialmente \u00f3xidos de n\u00edquel monomorfol\u00f3gicos (h\u00e1bito octa\u00e9drico y otros). Los soportados se han preparado utilizando como soporte montmorillonita de diferentes grados y tipos de acidez. Los catalizadores son activos en la hidrodecloraci\u00f3n. En el triclorobenceno, se obtiene benceno, clorobenceno, o-diclorobenceno y p-diclorobenceno, disminuyendo la conversi\u00f3n y la selectividad a benceno con la temperatura y aumentando la de o-diclorobenceno. La actividad depende de la cantidad de h2 at\u00f3mico disponible y de la desactivaci\u00f3n inicial por el hc1, relacionada con el tama\u00f1o y morfolog\u00eda de la part\u00edcula met\u00e1lica.
