Esta incorporaci\u00f3n plantea una gesti\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica que permita el tratamiento de la informaci\u00f3n cualitativa, la sistematizaci\u00f3n de los planes de actuaci\u00f3n, el establecimiento de diferentes rutas de diagnosis para los diferentes estados del proceso, la incorporaci\u00f3n del conocimiento experto y experiencial adquirido de la bibliograf\u00eda, de los expertos o de los propios operarios, el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico de las nuevas experiencias vividas, la predicci\u00f3n mediante el modelo espec\u00edfico de transiciones, etc.  la tesis plantea una integraci\u00f3n final de estas tres t\u00e9cnicas basadas en conocimiento que complementen el control cl\u00e1sico de las estaciones depuradoras de aguas residuales urbanas, y presenta una
