Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La gestaci\u00f3n constituye un estado fisiol\u00f3gico en el que se producen fuertes cambios metab\u00f3licos tanto en la madre como en el feto. En el \u00faltimo tercio de gestaci\u00f3n, la madre sufre hiperisulinem\u00eda, resistencia insul\u00ednica y en general una modificaci\u00f3n de todo el perfil lipoproteico.  al administrar a la rata dos dietas semisint\u00e9ticas claramente hiperlipemiantes, una dieta rica en colesterol (drc) y una dieta rica en sacarosa (drs), se producen cambios metab\u00f3licos similares a los anteriormente mencionados, que son diferentes seg\u00fan si la rata es\u00e1 pre\u00f1ada o no. La administraci\u00f3n de una drc produce mayor respuesta hiperliped\u00edca en la rata pre\u00f1ada (p) que en la virgen (v), incrementando las condiciones de hiperlipidem\u00eda que ya existen durante la gestaci\u00f3n. La drc produce hipercolesterolemia, hipertrigliceridemia, una fuerte modificaci\u00f3n del perfil lipoproteico y un acumulo de colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos en los tejidos. Al contrario de lo que ocurre con la drc, la administraci\u00f3n de drs produce mayor respuesta hiperlipid\u00e9mica en la rata v que en la p, aunque los efectos metab\u00f3licos debidos a esta dieta dependen del tiempo de tratamiento.
