Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el an\u00e1lisis qu\u00edmico es frecuente el solapamiento de se\u00f1ales, siendo necesario proceder a una separaci\u00f3n previa. En el presente trabajo se han utilizado herramientas quimiom\u00e9tricas (m\u00e9todos de calibraci\u00f3n plc-1, plc-2 y pcr y un nuevo procedimiento gr\u00e1fico de dise\u00f1o de secciones a trav\u00e9s de espectrocromatogramas de hplc) que resuelven el problema del solapamiento sin necesidad de una separaci\u00f3n previa.  los m\u00e9todos plc-1, plc-2 y pcr se han aplicado con buenos resultados a mezclas de 3 y 5 componentes en mezclas sint\u00e9ticas y aguas y suelos. De igual manera, el nuevo procedimiento de dise\u00f1o de cocciones ha permitido la resoluci\u00f3n de la mezcla ternaria obteni\u00e9ndo una nueva se\u00f1al en la que se consigue la separaci\u00f3n de los analitos. Asimismo, para la de 5 componentes, si bien no se ha resuelto, se ha conseguido una nueva se\u00f1al en la que se maximizan las se\u00f1ales y aplicando plc-1 a \u00e9sta se determinaron todos los analitos.
