{"id":37821,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/especiacion-de-arsenico-mediante-acoplamiento-de-cromatografia-liquida-y-espectrometrias-atomica-y-molecular\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"especiacion-de-arsenico-mediante-acoplamiento-de-cromatografia-liquida-y-espectrometrias-atomica-y-molecular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/especiacion-de-arsenico-mediante-acoplamiento-de-cromatografia-liquida-y-espectrometrias-atomica-y-molecular\/","title":{"rendered":"Especiacion de arsenico mediante acoplamiento de cromatografia liquida y espectrometrias atomica y molecular."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Daniel Alejandro Sanchez-rodas Navarro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han desarrollado y puesto a punto acoplamientos instrumentales para la especiaci\u00f3n de arsenito, arsenobeta\u00edna, \u00e1cido dimetilars\u00ednico, \u00e1cido monometilars\u00f3nico y arseniato mediante el empleo de cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta resoluci\u00f3n (hplc), fotooxidaci\u00f3n (uv) generaci\u00f3n de hidruros (hg) y tres t\u00e9cnicas de detecci\u00f3n: espectrofotometr\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica (aas), espectrofotometr\u00eda molecular (uv-visible) y espectrometr\u00eda de fluorescencia at\u00f3mica (afs), siendo esta \u00faltima las m\u00e1s sensible y satisfactoria en cuanto a l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n e intervalos de comportamiento lineal de las se\u00f1ales.  se han puesto a punto procedimientos para la especiaci\u00f3n de ars\u00e9nico en muestras medioambientales, tanto sedimetos como biota, mediante el empleo de distintos procedimientos de extracci\u00f3n y agentes extractantes, aplic\u00e1ndose tambi\u00e9n a materiales de referencia como punto de comparaci\u00f3n.
