Una reflexi\u00f3n de marcado car\u00e1cter filos\u00f3fico sobre dicho choque y la revoluci\u00f3n que gener\u00f3.  la 1a parte constituye un estudio de las condiciones hist\u00f3ricas y cient\u00edficas de la espa\u00f1a del galenismo m\u00e9dico barroco. La 2a parte es una recopilaci\u00f3n, ordenaci\u00f3n y comentario de todas las obras m\u00e9dicas de car\u00e1cter pol\u00e9mico publicadas en los a\u00f1os de 1687 a 1727. la 3a parte es una teorizaci\u00f3n de las ideas encontradas a las que se les aplica las doctrinas de popper; kuhn; lakatos; feyerabend y otros historiadores y fil\u00f3sofos de la ciencia. se trata de la exposici\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n de la medicina en general y particular de los ss.
