Por otra parte es bien conocido que los procesos del transporte de iones met\u00e1licos al interior celular est\u00e1n determinados por la naturaleza de ciertos aductos metal-prote\u00edna formados extracelularmente. La introducci\u00f3n de un sustituyente en el grupo amino de un amino\u00e1cido, conduce a la obtenci\u00f3n de derivados denominados amino\u00e1cidos n-sustituidos, muchos de los cuales poseen importancia biol\u00f3gica. En la presente memoria se ha realizado el estudio de la interacci\u00f3n de dos derivados n-sustituidos de los amino\u00e1cidos glicina y alanina, la n-2-(4-amino-1,6-dihidro-1-metil-5-nitroso-6-oxopirimidini l)glicina y el n-2-(4-amino-1,6-dihidro-1-metil-5-nitroso-6-oxopirimidini l)alaninato pot\u00e1sico frente a iones met\u00e1licos de transici\u00f3n. La peculiaridad estructural de estos amino\u00e1cidos n-sustituidos, reside en que el par de electrones libre del \u00e1tomo de nitr\u00f3geno del grupo nh del amino\u00e1cido est\u00e1 implicado en el sistema pi-resonante anular ello disminuye su basicidad y por lo tanto tambi\u00e9n disminuyen la capacidad quelante del resto de amino\u00e1cido.  este estudio se ha extendido al de la reactividad de los citados iones met\u00e1licos frente a un hom\u00f3logo del sustituyente en n utilizado, la 2,4-diamino-1,6-dihidro-1-metil-5-nitroso-6-oxopirimidina.  el trabajo se ha llevado a cabo de acuerdo con la siguiente metodolog\u00eda: 1) s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los ligandos, 2) estudio de la reactividad en disoluci\u00f3n de sistemas metal-ligando a partir de los cuales obtenemos informaci\u00f3n sobre las especies presentes en cada sistema y 3) s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de complejos en fase s\u00f3lida utilizando siempre que ha sido posible los datos de reactividad
