Carmen Vale Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo general de la tesis ha sido el estudio de los mecanismos de acci\u00f3n de los policlorocicloalcanos (pccas) en sistemas in vitro de c\u00e9lulas nerviosas en relaci\u00f3n con la funci\u00f3n de los receptores de amino\u00e1cidos inhibitorios (gaba y glicina) expresados en las mismas se ha estudiado las interacciones de los is\u00f3meros delta y gamma del hexaclorocicloheanos (depresor y convulsivante) con los lugares de reconocimiento de gaba, benzodiazepinas y picrotoxinina del receptor gaba-a. Se ha estudiado tambi\u00e9n el efecto de la exposici\u00f3n prolongada de los cultivos neuronales a policlorocicloalcanos. se ha investigado adem\u00e1s la existencia de receptores gaba c en cultivos neuronales primarios con el fin de estudiar la acci\u00f3n de pccas sobre el canal de c1 asociados a este receptor.
