En el ri\u00f1\u00f3n, la inervaci\u00f3n peptid\u00e9rgica puede constituir uno de los mecanismos que regulan la funci\u00f3n renal, y su completo conocimiento es de gran importancia tanto para la comprensi\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n renal como posteriormente el posible abordaje de determinadas patolog\u00edas renales en las que estar\u00edan implicados estos p\u00e9ptidos reguladores.  la inervaci\u00f3n peptid\u00e9rgica renal no ha sido a\u00fan totalmente esclarecida. En diferentes especies han sido descritas fibras nerviosas inmunorreactivas para cgrp, sp, vip, npy, somatostatina y neurotensina, aunque estos resultados son escasos y a veces contradictorios. Por ello, el objeto de nuestro trabajo es analizar el contingente peptid\u00e9rgico renal y su espec\u00edfico patr\u00f3n de distribuci\u00f3n utilizando como modelo experimental el rat\u00f3n albino (mus musculus), aportando datos que permitan esclarecer la posible funci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de estos mediadores en el ri\u00f1\u00f3n y as\u00ed poder establecer las bases morfol\u00f3gicas para futuros estudios de la influencia de estos p\u00e9ptidos en el comportamiento cl\u00ednico del ri\u00f1\u00f3n.  la aplicaci\u00f3n al tejido renal de antisueros espec\u00edficos frente a p\u00e9ptidos reguladores y aminas bi\u00f3genas mediante el m\u00e9todo inmunocitoqu\u00edmico de la estreptavidina\/biotina\/peroxidasa, ha demostrado la presencia en el par\u00e9nquima renal de:  1. Fibras nerviosas inmunorreactivas para el cgrp y la sustancia p tanto en la pelvis renal como a nivel perivascular.  2. Fibras nerviosas perivasculares para el npy y peritubulares para el vip, as\u00ed como c\u00e9lulas intersticiales a nivel peritubular inmunorreactivas para ambos p\u00e9ptidos.  3. Fibras nerviosas perivasculares inmunorreactivas para la galanina y somatostatina.  4.
