Estrella Lozoya Toribio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha puesto a punto una tecnica para la modelizaci\u00f3n molecular de receptores acoplados a proteina g en ausencia de patron tridimensional determinado experimentalmente y se ha aplicado dicha metodolog\u00eda a la construccion de un modelo tridimensional del receptor 5-ht2a de rata. Dicho modelo ha superado satisfactoriamente todos los controles de calidad habituales para estructuras tridimensionales de proteinas a los que ha sido sometido. Para validar el modelo obtenido, se ha simulado su interacion con su ligando natural, la serotonina y con otros compuestos agonistas (a-metil-5-ht y doi).  los estudios de generaci\u00f3n automatica de complejos agonista-receptor han resultado coherentes con los datos experimentales acerca de los restos implicados en dicho interacci\u00f3n. La misma metodolog\u00eda ha sido empleada para simular la interacion de compuestos antagonistas (ketanserina, qf610 y qf601) con el modelo de receptor obtenido. Se ha comprobado que los compuestos antagonistas estudiados tambien producen complejos estables dentro del sistio activo postulado para el receptor 5-ht 2a, si bien los restos implicados son diferentes que en el caso de los agonistas. Las comprobaciones de la estabilidad de ambos tipos de complejos mediante simulaciones de dinamica molecular mostraron que los ligandos estudiados permanecen en el sitio activo postulado durante dichos experimentos.
