El estudio se realiz\u00f3 en amplios intervalos de temperatura, mas alla de la regi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica, obteniendose resultados desde el l\u00edmite orden-desorden puro hasta el l\u00edmite displacivo, contrastables con valores emp\u00edricos disponibles en materiales de tipo ferroel\u00e9ctrico.  este an\u00e1lisis ha sido posible gracias al desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo te\u00f3rico detallado en los primeros, cap\u00edtulos de la memoria y que permite llevar a cabo los objetivos propuestos mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica computacional de tipo monte-carlo y otros
