Camemberti y una de p. Aurantiogriseum) sobre dicho sustratpo con sal, evaluando el aroma ph, nnp, amino\u00e1cidos libres, n. Am\u00f3nico, ia, ip, tba, y recuento de aerobios mesof\u00edlos y micrococos, comprob\u00e1ndose la existencia de diferencias significativas en dichos par\u00e1metros debidas a la cepa inoculada, la
