{"id":37951,"date":"1998-06-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-06-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/presencia-y-papel-de-sintaxina-y-snap-25-en-la-secrecion-hormonal\/"},"modified":"1998-06-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-06-03T00:00:00","slug":"presencia-y-papel-de-sintaxina-y-snap-25-en-la-secrecion-hormonal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/presencia-y-papel-de-sintaxina-y-snap-25-en-la-secrecion-hormonal\/","title":{"rendered":"Presencia y papel de sintaxina y snap 25 en la secrecion hormonal."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Salinas Miralles Eva M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El presente trabajo trata de estudiar los mecanismos moleculares implicados en el proceso de la secreci\u00f3n hormonal a la luz e la hipotesis snare recientemente descrita en la terminal sin\u00e1ptica, utilizando como modelos bi\u00f3logicos dos sistemas endocrinos: la c\u00e9lula cromaf\u00edn de la m\u00e9dula adrenal y la c\u00e9lula beta pancre\u00e1tica. se ha descrito, en el presente trabajo la presencia de sintaxina 1, una de las prote\u00ednas involucradas en el proceso secretor, en ambos sistemas endocrinos, as\u00ed como en c\u00e9lulas hipofisiarias y se demuestra el papel funcional que desempe\u00f1a esta prote\u00edna en la secreci\u00f3n regulada por calcio tanto de catecolaminas como de insulina, mediante el uso de anticuerpos espec\u00edfico anti-sintoxina o p\u00e9ptidos sinteticos que engloban secuencias de sintaxina que intervienen en la interacci\u00f3n con otras prote\u00edbas del complejo secretor. As\u00ed mismo, se muestra por primera vez la secreci\u00f3n de insulina en c\u00e9lula beta pancre\u00e1tica de rat\u00f3n inducida por an\u00e1logos no hidrolizables de gtp, por un mec\u00e1nismo secretor alternativo e independiente de calcio, en el que no participan la sintaxina de forma directa.
