Para lograr este objetivo se utilizaron c\u00e1lculos de bandas de tipo extended huckel. Para las delafositas semiconductoras se estudi\u00f3 el enlace, la estructura de bandas y la variaci\u00f3n del gap en funci\u00f3n de algunos par\u00e1metros estructurales. Tambi\u00e9n se estudi\u00f3 la transparencia \u00f3ptica del cua102. Para las delafositas conductoras (ptcoo2 y pdcoo2) se estudi\u00f3 su superficie de fermi y la posibilidad de inestabilidades estructurales en la subred de pt. Tambi\u00e9n se estudi\u00f3 la estructura electr\u00f3nica y el enlace de las delafositas cuyo2 dopadas con ox\u00edgeno. Por \u00faltimo, se realiz\u00f3 un estudio ab-initio de la estructura de bandas de las delafositas cubo2 (b=al, ga, y) con el objetivo de analizar la calidad de la aproximaci\u00f3n dft a posteriori, las propiedades el\u00e1sticas, mapas de densidad electr\u00f3nica y energ\u00edas de cohesi\u00f3n de estos \u00f3xidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
