{"id":37984,"date":"2018-03-09T09:37:20","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:37:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/el-tungstato-una-nueva-aproximacion-a-la-terapia-de-la-diabetes\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:37:20","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:37:20","slug":"el-tungstato-una-nueva-aproximacion-a-la-terapia-de-la-diabetes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/el-tungstato-una-nueva-aproximacion-a-la-terapia-de-la-diabetes\/","title":{"rendered":"El tungstato: una nueva aproximacion a la terapia de la diabetes."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Albert Barbera LLuis <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describen los efectos de la administraci\u00f3n de tungstato de sodio a tres modelos diferentes de diabetes: las ratas stz, las ratas nstz y las ratas zdf. tambi\u00e9n se analizan los efectos del tratamiento en el metabolismo hep\u00e1tico de la glucosa y en la funcionalidad de la c\u00e9lula beta, para intentar entender cu\u00e1les son los efectos del tungstato in vivo y c\u00f3mo se relacionan con los niveles sangu\u00edneos de glucosa.  en las ratas stz, que son una modelo de diabetes tipo i, la administraci\u00f3n de tungstato disminuye la glucemia hasta valores comparables a los que presentan los animales sanos, en experimentos tanto a corto plazo (15 d\u00edas) como a largo plazo (8 meses). Al analizar los par\u00e1metros bioqu\u00edmicos en el h\u00edgado, se puede concluir que el tungstato aumenta la capacidad de sintetizar gluc\u00f3geno y la de utilizar glucosa, a la vez que disminuye la producci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica de glucosa. As\u00ed pues, la restauraci\u00f3n del metabolismo hep\u00e1tico parece que tiene un papel clave en la restauraci\u00f3n de la normoglucemia en los animales diab\u00e9ticos tratados. El tungstato realiza sus efectos directamente en el tejido diana, porque no modifica los niveles de insulina en la sangre. el tungstato modifica la expresi\u00f3n de las enzimas responsables de las diferentes rutas metab\u00f3licas. Este hecho siempre conlleva una normalizaci\u00f3n de los niveles de la enzima, es decir, \u00e9stos aumentan hasta valores comparables a los de los animales sanos.  en las ratas nstz, el tungstato tambi\u00e9n normaliza la glucemia, pero esta vez utilizando un mecanismo completamente diferente. Estos animales, que son un modelo de diabetes tipo ii, no presentan ninguna alteraci\u00f3n importante en el metabolismo hep\u00e1tico; es el p\u00e1ncreas el que ha perdido la capacidad de responder a la glucosa. cuando se trata con tungstato a los animales diab\u00e9ticos, su p\u00e1ncreas recupera la capacidad de responder a la glucosa por un aumento en el contenido de insulina de los
