Elena Cano Serrano <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha realizado un estudio experimental para comprobar si en condiciones de normexemia en la rata, la inducci\u00f3n del metabolismo oxidativo del halotano provocaba un incremento de su toxicidad hep\u00e1tica, y por el contrario su inhibici\u00f3n inhib\u00eda la toxicidad. Al mismo tiempo, estudiamos en las mismas condiciones experimentales, la posible toxicidad del isoflurano.  para provocar la inducci\u00f3n metab\u00f3lica, utilizamos isoniazida por su capacidad para aumentar el metabolismo hep\u00e1tico en general, pero en especial el de varios anest\u00e9sicos inhalatorios induciendo el isoenzima 2e1 del sistema enzim\u00e1tico p450 responsable del metabolismo oxidativo de los anest\u00e9sicos inhalatorios.  con objeto de reducir el metabolismo del halotano, utilizamos cimetidina bas\u00e1ndonos en el hecho de su capacidad de inhibir el metabolismo de un gran n\u00famero de f\u00e1rmacos al ligarse a la fracci\u00f3n imidaz\u00f3lica del citocromo p-450.  para la realizaci\u00f3n del trabajo hemos utilizado ratas fisher 344 a las que se les extrajo muestras sangu\u00edneas y hep\u00e1ticas para estudio bioqu\u00edmico e histol\u00f3gico y como resultados hemos obtenido que la isoniazida aumenta la toxicidad hep\u00e1tica producida por halotano, aunque no la del isoflurano, y la cimetidina disminuye la toxicidad producida por halotano.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio histofisiologico de las alteraciones hepaticas inducidas por la administracion de halotano e isoflurano y sus modificaciones tras la administracion previa de cimetidina.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio histofisiologico de las alteraciones hepaticas inducidas por la administracion de halotano e isoflurano y sus modificaciones tras la administracion previa de cimetidina. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
