Luisa Vilaplana Holgado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo se ha centrado en el estudio de las alatostatinas tomando como insecto modelo al dicti\u00f3ptero blattella germanica. Las alatostatinas son unos neurop\u00e9ptidos que se caracterizan por tener un extremo com\u00fan: yxfglamidado. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que en el cerebro, mesodeo y hemolinfa el contenido de estos p\u00e9ptidos incrementa a lo largo del primer ciclo gonadotr\u00f3fico mostrando los valores m\u00e1s altos al final del ciclo. Durante el transporte de la ooteca, el ayuno y como consecuencia de la ovariectomia el contenido de alatostatina aumenta de manera significativa en los tres tejidos nombrados. Esto sugiere que en estas tres situaciones se produce una falta de factores anti-alatost\u00e1ticos. Por otra parte se ha estudiado tambi\u00e9n la vida media del p\u00e9ptido blast-2, siendo \u00e9sta de 5-6 min. Esto nos llev\u00f3 a la obtenci\u00f3n de pseudop\u00e9ptidos, potencialmente m\u00e1s resistentes a la degradaci\u00f3n, con los cuales se realizaron ensayos de inhibici\u00f3n de la hormona juvenil y de la s\u00edntesis de vitelogenina en el cuerpo graso. Por lo que se refiere a la b\u00fasqueda de nuevas funciones para las alatostatinas, se ha estudiado el papel de estos p\u00e9ptidos en la regulaci\u00f3n del ritmo card\u00edaco, observ\u00e1ndose que provocan una inhibici\u00f3n de este par\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Alatostatinas y reproduccion en blattella germanica (l.)
