Isabel Delgado Ga\u00f1an <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han realizado estudios de formulaci\u00f3n para la obtenci\u00f3n de microemulsiones a partir de excipientes deuso farmac\u00e9utico. Las microemulsiones obtenidas son biocompatibles, con elevada proporci\u00f3n de agua (superior o igual al 70%) y estables a 25 y 40 grados celsius. Los estudios de caracterizaci\u00f3n de estas microemulsiones han permitido establecer tama\u00f1os de gota entre 13-85 nm en funci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de agua en las mismas as\u00ed como determinar que la estructura es de tipo o\/a. Las microemulsiones desarrolladas permiten incrementar notablemente la solubilidad de benzoca\u00edna, lidoca\u00edna y tetraca\u00edna, f\u00e1macos pr\u00e1cticamente insolubles. As\u00ed en composiciones con un 90% de agua se incrementa la solubilidad de tetrara\u00edna hasta 132 veces respecto a la solubilidad en aguade este principio activo. Los m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos desarrollados para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de anest\u00e9sicos locales en micro han sido validados.
