Sin embargo, el haplotipo 484-st.10 del transportador de serotonina (sert) se configur\u00f3 como un claro factor de riesgo gen\u00e9tico para la depresi\u00f3n mayor con melancol\u00eda y posiblemente, tambi\u00e9n para el trastorno bipolar en un subgrupo de pacientes con clara preValencia psiqui\u00e1trica familiar del espectro afectivo.  se encontr\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, una asociaci\u00f3n entre presencia de anomal\u00edas dermatogl\u00edficas y trastorno bipolar sugiriendo la existencia de una relaci\u00f3n entre alteraciones sutiles ocurridas durante etapas claves del
