Mays como modelo para la descripci\u00f3n de los patrones de expresi\u00f3n de algunos mruas representativos de diferentes programas de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica durante el desarrollo. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido la clasificaci\u00f3n de los marcadores disponibles en funci\u00f3n de su patron de expresi\u00f3n \u00abin situ\u00bb.  1.- Relativo a cdnas relacionados con funciones generales de la c\u00e9lula como una acp, una gapc o una ccap-ap17. 2.- incluye genes que se expresan con elevadas tasas de proliferaci\u00f3n y divisi\u00f3n celular como una vdac, un efi-k y dos prpk. 3.- Compuesto por genes inducidos por aba durante la embriog\u00e9nesis tardia. 4.- Lo forman genes que codifican para proteinas de reserva en el endospermo. 5.- son genes espec\u00edficos de tipo celular.
