1-indolpropionatos y 1-acetil-indoles como 1,4-bis-nucle\u00f3filos frente a sales de n-alquilpiridinio para dar compuestos tetrac\u00edclicos con puente con el sistema de 3,7-metano (1,4) diazonino (1,2-a)indol.  a partir de estos compuestos terac\u00edclicos adecuadametne sustituidos se ha conseguido la preparaci\u00f3n de 16beta, 17,19,20alfa-tetrahidroapogeissoschizina y otros compuestos pentac\u00edclicos relacionados con la apogeissoschizina.  utilizando 1-acetilindo se ha consegudio una s\u00edntesis de la (+ -) geissoschizina y de la (+ &#8211;
