Suponemos que la censura es no informativa y que la variable de censura a la derecha es parcialmente observable. Despu\u00e9s de un cap\u00edtulo introductorio, presentamos un m\u00e9todo para la estimaci\u00f3n param\u00e9trica de distribuciones de supervivencia que verifica propiedades asint\u00f3ticas similares a las del estimador de m\u00e1xima verosimilitud. Como ilustraci\u00f3n, consideramos un estudio sobre la fiabilidad de un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de bases de datos. En el tercer cap\u00edtulo proponemos como estimador semiparam\u00e9trico de la funci\u00f3n de supervivencia a la esperanza de cierta funci\u00f3n de supervivencia pseudo-emp\u00edrica condicionada a los datos observados y al modelo param\u00e9trico supuesto. en el cuarto y \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo construimos un estimador de la funci\u00f3n de supervivencia supuesto el modelo generalizado de koziol-green y que existe un conocimiento a priori dado por un proceso de dirichlet sobre el vector completo de variables observables.  demostramos algunas propiedades asint\u00f3ticas de los estimadores propuestos, como su consistencia y la convergencia d\u00e9bil a procesos gaussianos, y analizamos el efecto de la proporci\u00f3n de datos desconocidos. Mediante simulaci\u00f3n, estudiamos la eficiencia de los estimadores propuestos y comprobamos que presentan en general un mejor comportamiento que el estimador
