{"id":38231,"date":"1998-09-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-09-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/investigacion-de-la-actividad-antifungica-del-fluconazol-en-los-hongos-levaduriformes\/"},"modified":"1998-09-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-09-06T00:00:00","slug":"investigacion-de-la-actividad-antifungica-del-fluconazol-en-los-hongos-levaduriformes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/investigacion-de-la-actividad-antifungica-del-fluconazol-en-los-hongos-levaduriformes\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigaci\u00f3n de la actividad antifungica del fluconazol en los hongos levaduriformes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Antonio  Jos\u00e9 Valero Mart\u00edn <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Asistimos a un aumento en la incidencia de infeciones f\u00fangicas sist\u00e9micas debido, fundamentalmente, al aumento de pacientes inmunodeprimidos.  los objetivos de este estudio han sido determinar la sensibilidad de diferentes cepas de hongos levaduriformes y protothecas, frente a fluconazol, anfotericina b, nistatina, 5-fluoricitosina, econazol, ketoconazol y miconazol y comparar los resultados obtenidos con los diferentes antif\u00fangicos.  el estudio incluy\u00f3 439 cepas de levaduras y 14 cepas de prototheca procedentes de muestras cl\u00ednicas de pacientes hospitalizados y ambulatorios. De las cepas de levaduras, 382 fueron del g\u00e9nero candida, 27 cryptococcus, 16 rhodotorula, 4 saccharomyces, 10 trichosporon. El tipo de muestra fue muy variado destacando 91 de u\u00f1a, 76 homocultivos y 48 de orina. Para el estudio de sensibilidades se emplearon dos m\u00e9todos diferentes; por un lado la determinaci\u00f3n de la cmi de fluconazol mediante la t\u00e9cnica de diluci\u00f3n en agar con el medio hr, y por otro, el m\u00e9todo atb fungus para el estudio de la sensibilidad a los otros seis antif\u00fangicos. Los resultados se analizaron estad\u00edsticamente mediante el test de comparaci\u00f3n de proporciones. C.Albicans fue la especie m\u00e1s sensible frente a fluconazol con un 8906% de cepas sensibles, resultado similar al obtenido por ar\u00e9valo et al. Mientras que todas las cepas de rhodotorula y el 90% de las de c.Krusei fueron resistentes.
