El objetivo fundamental es la determinaci\u00f3n de las condiciones en que se favorece o se dificulta el fen\u00f3meno de adsorci\u00f3n y realizar una caracterizaci\u00f3n termodin\u00e1mica de \u00e9ste. Tradicionalmente, esta tarea se ha abordado mediante la isoterma de adsorci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, este m\u00e9todo posee algunos puntos d\u00e9biles relacionados con la irreversibilidad del proceso y la existencia de m\u00faltiples estados intermedios. En este caso, la microcalorimetr\u00eda isot\u00e9rmica de valoraci\u00f3n adquiere especial relevancia, ya que permite determinar de forma directa la variaci\u00f3n de entalp\u00eda asociada al proceso considerado,  adsh.  se ha dise\u00f1ado, construido y optimizado un microcalor\u00edmetro isot\u00e9rmico de valoraci\u00f3n de alta sensibilidad. Asimismo se ha desarrollado un modelo f\u00edsico-matem\u00e1tico del dispositivo y se han implementado y analizado diferentes tipos de control por retroalimentaci\u00f3n de acuerdo con el principio de medida de compensaci\u00f3n del efecto t\u00e9rmico.  como prote\u00edna modelo se ha elegido la mioglobina (mgb) y como superficie adsorbente la correspondiente a una dispersi\u00f3n de part\u00edculas polim\u00e9ricas monodispersa (l\u00e1tex). Se ha evaluado la influencia de diversos par\u00e1metros (ph, fuerza i\u00f3nica, temperatura) sobre la adsorci\u00f3n de mioglobina sobre dos l\u00e1tex diferentes, uno un poco menos hidrof\u00f3bico, para estimar la importancia relativa de las interacciones hidrof\u00f3bicas y electrost\u00e1ticas en el proceso de adsorci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
