Se ha utilizado el sr2+ como an\u00e1logo del ca2+ por la dificultad de medir en condiciones estables el flujo de ca2+ por su baja concentraci\u00f3n libre y su rapidez en el flujo de salida.  resultados  el grupo de pacientes hipertensos mostr\u00f3 unos valores medios (de) de la velocidad m\u00e1xima de flujo de sr2+ (vmax) significativamente superiores a los observados en los individuos del grupo control, 6,6 (2,3) frente a 5,2(1,6)mmol\/l.Cels\/h., P=0,0067. Los valores medios de la constante de disociaci\u00f3n aparente para el ca2+ intracelular total (kca) fueron superiores en el grupo de hipertensos respecto al grupo control 80,36 (53,46) frente a 55,25 (15,13) umol\/l.Cels., P=0,066. La vmax mostr\u00f3 una relaci\u00f3n directa significativa con la edad (r=0,342, p=0,016) y con las cifras de creatinina s\u00e9rica (r=0,446, p=0,001). La kca \u00fanicamente mostr\u00f3 una relaci\u00f3n directa signficativa con las cifras de creatinina s\u00e9rica (r=0,402, p=0,004). Se pudieron diferenciar dos grupos de pacientes hipertensos seg\u00fan presentaran una kca normal (33 pacientes, 67,3%) o alterada (16 pacientes, 32,6%). la edad de los pacientes, 50,8 (13,5) frente a 43 (10,2) a\u00f1os, p=0,028, la creatinina s\u00e9rica, 1,13 (0,17) frente a 0,95 (0,17) mg\/dl p=0,0019 y la uricemia, 7,27 (3,32) frente a 6,14 (1,49) mg\/dl, p=0,0482, fueron superiores en los hipertensos con una kca m\u00e1s elevada. Finalmente, los pacientes con kca elevada presentaron una vmax mayor que los pacientes con una kca normal, 9,136 (2,02) frente a 5,38 (12,81) mmol\/l.Cels<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
