Aunque se trata de un autor citado a menudo en los manuales, nunca ha sido objeto de un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo en sus posiciones metaf\u00edsicas fundamentales (en especial, su doctrina de la distinci\u00f3n real -duae res-). Por ello, la tesis es un estudio hermen\u00e9utico -a partir de los textos disponibles- de dicha doctrina, estructurado en tres etapas: (1) an\u00e1lisis de las caracter\u00edsticas principales que articulan su no\u00e9tica: (2) estudio de las doctrinas que forman su metaf\u00edsica fundamental: (3) por \u00faltimo, concreci\u00f3n de todo ello en la doctrina de la distinci\u00f3n real de esencia y existencia.  como \u00abtel\u00f3n de fondo\u00bb subyace la cuesti\u00f3n heideggeriana del olvido del ser, una acusaci\u00f3n que hace recaer sobre toda la metaf\u00edsica occidental y, en especial, sobre los pensadores medievales. Dilucidar hasta qu\u00e9 punto la acusaci\u00f3n es pertinente en gil de roma, es una cuesti\u00f3n colateral que tambi\u00e9n se plantea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
