El marco te\u00f3rico de referencia nos conduce a la elaboraci\u00f3n de un estudio emp\u00edrico en el que se analizan estos comportamientos en diferentes modelos organizativos. Los resultados obtenidos confirman la relaci\u00f3n directa entre las fuentes sobre las que se fundamenta el poder en las organizaciones, y su efecto en el desarrollo de las actitudes
