Albuquerque Marcondes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para estudiar la segregacion y localizacion cromosomica de determinadas proteinas de reserva del endospermo, se han analizado mediante electroforesis las descendencias f2 de cuatro cruzamientos entre las variedades de trigo duro blatfort, ferox, lakota, pe\u00f1afiel y safari. Tambien, en los granos f3 de siete cruzamientos entre dichas variedades se ha estudiado la influencia de las prolaminas sobre la calidad semolera.  las gluteninas de bajo peso molecular lmw-1, lmw-3 y lmw-4 son variantes alelicas del locus glu-b3, mientras que las lmw-2 y lmw-5 son alelos del locus glu-a3. Las gliadinas w-27 y y-47 se han localizado en el locus gli-a1 y se ha observado un porcentaje de recombinacion del 1,7% entre los loci gli-a1 y glu-a3. Las gluteninas de alto peso molecular hmw-6+8 y la glutenina de bajo peso molecular lmw-1 tienen una influencia positiva sobre la fuerza del gluten, siendo esta ultima la principal responsable de la fuerza del gluten. Por el contrario, las gluteninas hmw-20, lmw-3 y lmw-4 tienen una influencia negativa, produciendo un gluten debil. Las gliadinas no parecen tener un efecto significativo sobre la fuerza del gluten. Tampoco se han detectado relaciones significativas entre las prolaminas y el contenido en proteina o el grado de vitrosidad.
