Estos reconoc\u00edan espec\u00edficamente las c\u00e9lulas cd34+. La eficiencia de uni\u00f3n se incrementaba aumentando la concentraci\u00f3n lip\u00eddica o la densidad de anticuerpo de trabajo. La estabilizaci\u00f3n est\u00e9rica de los il se llev\u00f3 a cabo incluyendo en la composici\u00f3n lip\u00eddica peg(2000) pe y pdp-peg(3400)pe hasta un 5% final de peg. La diferente longitud de las cadenas de pol\u00edmero no alteraba la estabilidad est\u00e9rica de los liposomas y permit\u00eda obtener eficiencias de uni\u00f3n del anticuerpo mejores que las obtenidas hasta el momento.  los inmunoliposomas estabilizados est\u00e9ricamente (sil) preparados mediante el reactivo smpb (enlace tio\u00e9ter, eficiencia=100%) son \u00fatiles para aplicaciones in vivo, mientras que el reactivo spdp (puente disulfuro, eficiencia del 70%) es adecuado para la preparaci\u00f3n de sil para la selecci\u00f3n ex vivo de c\u00e9lulas cd34+. Los sil se unen especificamente a c\u00e9lulas cd34+ presentes en bajos porcentajes, sin afectar a la viabilidad celular.  para la selecci\u00f3n celular magn\u00e9tica, se encapsul\u00f3 en liposomas dos tipos de ferrofluidos, uno estabilizado con dextrano (ff- dt) y otro con citrato (ff-ct). Los inmunomagnetoliposomas se un\u00edan a las c\u00e9lulas kg-la, pero ten\u00edan una elevada uni\u00f3n inespec\u00edfica, la cual aumentaba al incrementarse la concentraci\u00f3n lip\u00eddica de trabajo. La eficiencia de captura de los inmunomagnetoliposomas con ff-ct (90%) fue superior a la de los que conten\u00edan ff-dt (19%). La pureza obtenida era dependiente del porcentaje inicial de c\u00e9lulas cd34+ y de la l\u00ednea celular utilizada como cd34-.
