Teresa Perez Alvarez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la tesis se describe la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural de varios ligandos tiosemicarbazonas y sus complejos met\u00e1licos. La tesis se divide en varias secciones. En la introducci\u00f3n se describe la actividad biol\u00f3gica y su relaci\u00f3n con la estructura de varios derivados de tiosemicarbazonas y sus complejos met\u00e1licos, los cuales act\u00faan como agentes antiv\u00edricos, antibacterianos y anticonvulsivos. Se estudian diversos aspectos de la estructura de las tiosemicarbazonas tales como la existencia de tautomerismo e isomer\u00eda as\u00ed como la importancia biol\u00f3gica de los iones met\u00e1licos zinc(ii), cadmio(ii) y mercurio(ii). En la secci\u00f3n experimental se describe la s\u00edntesis de diversas tiosemicarbazonas derivadas de 2-formilpirrol y 2-acetilpirrol y la s\u00edntesis de complejos de dichos ligandos con zinc(ii), cadmio(ii) y mercurio(ii).  la parte de resultados y discusi\u00f3n trata de la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los ligandos y sus complejos. \u00e9Sta se lleva a cabo mediante microan\u00e1lisis, espectroscop\u00eda de masas (incluida la t\u00e9cnica de fab), infrarroja y de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear (1h, 13c, 113cd y 199hg).  para muchos de los ligandos y sus complejos se ha determinado la estructura por difracci\u00f3n de rayos x.
