Se realiza un ajuste lineal mejorado de la funcion cuadratica de las perdidas para minimizar el error cometido.  se ha dado especial enfasis a la aplicacion del modelo a redes reales, tomando como ejemplo la red de electricas reunidas de zaragoza, utilizando un paquete comercial de programacion lineal mixta entera. Ha sido necesario desarrollar una metodolog\u00eda que permite trabajar comodamente con este programa tratando problemas de gran complejidad como el abordado.  se ha preparado un procedimiento para la seleccion previa de alternativas que ayude al planificador a introducir los datos al modelo facilitando ademas la resolucion posterior del problema.  se ha desarrollado una tecnica de recorte de la demanda para facilitar la busqueda de soluciones factibles y se ha introducido un tratamiento particular para los elementos nuevos iguales. Ademas se ha incorporado al modelo un tratamiento aleatorio de la demanda mediante restricciones de probabilidad. Se han tenido en cuenta de manera especial los elementos de construccion gradual y se han desarrollado las restricciones que permiten considerar la conexion y desconexion de
