obtenidos en este trabajo nos permiten restringir la definici\u00f3n de promotores gearbox a aquellos que cumplen las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas: a) su expresi\u00f3n se ajusta al modo gearbox, definida \u00e9sta la producci\u00f3n de cantidades constantes de producto g\u00e9nico por c\u00e9lula bajo diferentes condiciones de crecimiento.  b) contienen las secuencias -10 (cggaagta) y -35 (ctgcaa) propuestas y contienen una regi\u00f3n rica en pares a-t corriente arriba de la caja -35.  c) su expresi\u00f3n es dependiente del factor sigma-s codificado por el gen rpos.  d) requieren de la funci\u00f3n de la subunidad alfa de la rna polimerasa para su correcta expresi\u00f3n.  hasta la fecha los \u00fanicos promotores que se ajustan a estas caracter\u00edsticas son ftsq1p (contribuye a la expresi\u00f3n de los genes de divisi\u00f3n ftsqaz localizados en el agrupamiento dcw) y bo1a1p (promotor del morfog\u00e9n bo1a).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
