Por otro lado, a los m\u00e9todos cl\u00e1sicos de estudio de sensibilidad se han sumado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os m\u00e9todos de nueva aplicaci\u00f3n. Por ello, los objetivos de la presente investigaci\u00f3n han sido: 1)\tla investigaci\u00f3n del estado de las resistencias a f\u00e1rmacos de sustituci\u00f3n de cepas resistentes a primera l\u00ednea de m tuberculosis, y  2)\tla evaluaci\u00f3n de la utilidad de nuevos sistemas de detecci\u00f3n no radiom\u00e9tricos. Se estudio la sensibilidad de 239 cepas de m tuberculosis resistentes a uno o m\u00e1s f\u00e1rmacos de primera l\u00ednea a amikacina (amk), capreomicina (cap)ciprofloxacina( cip), ofloxacina (ofl). Rifabutina (rfb) y rifapentina (rfp), mediante el sistema bactec\u00c2\u00ae 460tb, m\u00e9todo radiom\u00e9trico que consideramos de referencia. Por otro, se ensayo el estudio de sensibilidades a amk, cap, ofl y rfb en 59 de las cepas mediante el sistema no radiom\u00e9trico esp\u00c2\u00ae myco, y el estudio de concentraciones inhibitorias (cmi) de azitromicina, ciprofloxacina, claritromicina, climafloxacina, ethionamida, kanamicina, ofloxacina, sparfloxacina y trovafloxacina de 56 de las cepas mediante el sistema e- test\u00c2\u00ae. El nivel de resistencias a f\u00e1rmacos de sustituci\u00f3n fue menor del 10 % para todos los f\u00e1rmacos ensayados excepto rfb y rfp, en cifras similares a las referidas por otros autores. La concordancia de los resultados entre los sistemas bactec\u00c2\u00ae y esp\u00c2\u00ae fue cercana al 90% a excepci\u00f3n del caso de rfb. Las cmi obtenidas mediante el sistema e- test\u00c2\u00ae se encontraban en rangos referidos en la literatura y en el caso de cip y ofl se correlacionaron significativamente e( p<0.001) con los valores de cmi obtenida mediante el sistema de referencia. Concluimos que no ha habido un aumento relevante de las resistencias a f\u00e1rmacos de sustituci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y por otro lado, que los nuevos sistemas ensayados ( esp\u00c2\u00ae y e- test\u00c2\u00ae) pueden ser usados para la realizaci\u00f3n de test de sensibilidad como alternativa a sistemas cl\u00e1sicos.\n\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
