Pilar Rodriguez Martinez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica del glucose clamp eugluc\u00e9mico se basa en la infusi\u00f3n de insulina para crear un estado metab\u00f3lico de hiperinsulinemia y en la infusi\u00f3n de glucosa en cantidad suficiente para mantener los niveles de euglucemia. la t\u00e9cnica ser\u00e1 desarrollada administrando mediante bombas de infusi\u00f3n perist\u00e1ltica las soluciones de insulina y glucosa por via venosa y por via peritoneal.  para analizar la influencia de la insulina sobre la captaci\u00f3n de glucosa se determina el aclaramiento plasm\u00e1tico de glucosa y el \u00edndice de insulinosensibilidad, que analiza dicho acalaramiento en funci\u00f3n de las concentraciones plasm\u00e1ticas de insulina obtenidas mediante la perfusi\u00f3n de diferentes cuant\u00edas de insulina.  se realizan dos modelos experimentales de la t\u00e9cnica, un modelo por v\u00eda peritoneal, y un modelo por v\u00eda venosa; a su vez en el modelo en vena se dise\u00f1an tres protocolos diferentes que difieren en el tiempo de perfusi\u00f3n de un primer bolo de insulina, en el tiempo de modificaciones de la perfusi\u00f3n de glucosa y por \u00faltimo en la influencia del volumen total perfundido de insulina.
