Elisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se realiza una amplia revisi\u00f3n sobre las caracter\u00edsticas estructurales, propiedades y aplicaciones de las benzodiazepinas, as\u00ed como de las t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas utilizadas hastas el momento para su determinaci\u00f3n. En base a la informaci\u00f3n obtenida, se aborda el estudio de estos f\u00e1rmacos mediante t\u00e9cnicas electroqu\u00edmicas con el empleo de electrodos modificados de pasta de carbono.  se realiza un estudio previo para seleccionar los f\u00e1rmacos y las t\u00e9cnicas electroqu\u00edmicas m\u00e1s adecuados. se optimizan los par\u00e1metros qu\u00edmicos y electroqu\u00edmicos, primeramente en disoluci\u00f3n acuosa y posteriormente en flu\u00eddos biol\u00f3gicos, consigui\u00e9ndose desarrollar m\u00e9todos con la selectividad y sensibilidad suficientes para la determinaci\u00f3n de diazepam, temazepam y oxazepam.  los procedimientos desarrollados se aplican a la determinaci\u00f3n de estos f\u00e1rmacos en muestras reales de suero y orina. Previamente se aborda la separaci\u00f3n de los analitos de las complejas matrices biol\u00f3gicas, lo que se consigue mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida, y la liberaci\u00f3n de aquellos de su uni\u00f3n a las prote\u00ednas plasm\u00e1ticas o de los conjugados glucur\u00f3nidos mediante hidr\u00f3lisis enzim\u00e1tica.
