Se compara la importancia de enzimas antioxidantes (kat, sod) y enzimas reparadoras frente a los da\u00f1os por estr\u00e9s oxidativo.  el caf\u00e9 y el h202 incrementan la proporci\u00f3n de gc-ta sugeriendo a los 8-oxog como la principal lesi\u00f3n premutag\u00e9nica inducida por h202. Se estudia el efecto del medio, fase de crecimiento, oxigenaci\u00f3n y tratamiento con h202 sobre el nivel de 8-oxog en el adn de estirpes deficientes en diferentes defensas antioxidantes o
