La primera est\u00e1 dedicada a la investigaci\u00f3n del proceso de agregaci\u00f3n del hidrocloruro de propranolol mediante distintas t\u00e9cnicas f\u00edsicas de medida como son: conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, microcalorimetr\u00eda, difusi\u00f3n de luz (est\u00e1tica y din\u00e1mica) y resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear. A partir de los resultados experimentales y utilizando diferentes modelos te\u00f3ricos (acci\u00f3n de masas, teor\u00eda de anacker, tratamiento de corti y degiorgio, teor\u00eda de d.L.V.O.) Se han calculado n\u00fameros de agregaci\u00f3n, cargas efectivas de los agregados, interacciones entre agregados y par\u00e1metros termodin\u00e1micos de agregaci\u00f3n.  la segunda parte se dedica al estudio de las interacciones entre el propranolol y la alb\u00famina, mediante la t\u00e9cnica de medida de potencial zeta. Como puesta a punto de esta t\u00e9cnica y para obtener informaci\u00f3n de las interacciones prote\u00edna-sustancia anfifilica se estudia el proceso de interacci\u00f3n entre la lisozima y la serie de tensioactivos cl\u00e1sicos bromuros de n-alquiltrimetilamonio y n-alquilsulfatos, a diferentes phs. De las medidas de potencial zeta se obtienen par\u00e1metros termodin\u00e1micos de adsorci\u00f3n lisozimatensioactivo y alb\u00famina-propranolol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
