Itziar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la tesis que lleva por t\u00edtulo \u00abestudio y aislamiento de los cuerpos fibrocristalinos presentes en archaeas hal\u00f3filas\u00bb se incia el estudio de unas estructuras descritas en halobacterium halobium (ahora h. Salinarium) inicialmente por cho y col. En 1967 y posteriormente por robertson y col. (1982). estos estudios aportaron tan solo la descripci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica del especto que presentaban al observar secciones ultrafinas de h. Halobium mediante microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n.  en este trabajo de tesis doctorales se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo que permite el aislamiento de estas esctructuras tanto en h. Salinarium como en varias especies de archaeas hal\u00f3filas extremas.
