Lourdes Humanes Martin <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha purificado hasta homogeneidad la limonoato deshidrogenasa (ldasa) de r. Fascians, organismo que expresa dicha enzima de forma constitutiva, a diferencia de las restantes especies bacterianas en las que esta ha sido detectada. La enzima pura ha sido caracterizada f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica y cineticamente y se han obtenido anticuerpos espec\u00edficos frente a ella en conejo.  sehan estudiado las variaciones de actividad ldasa en cultivos de rhodoc ccus en presencia de distintas fuentes de carbono, con especial \u00e9nfasis en la inducci\u00f3n de la actividad ldasa por limonoato. Las preparaciones de enzima pura han permitido la secuenciaci\u00f3n de su extremo amino terminal. el conocimiento de esta secuencia de amino\u00e1cidos ha hecho posible, mediante la t\u00e9cnica de pcr inversa, la obtenci\u00f3n de una sonda espec\u00edfica para el gen de la ldasa. Esta sonda se ha utilizado para rastrear los clones de la genoteca de r. Fascians que hemos construido en cosmidos.
