Carmen Bernabeu Martinez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente memoria se recogen los estudios realizados sobre la s\u00edntesis y reactividad de las nuevas sulfonas (2e.4e)-5-tosil-2,4-pentadienamidas frente a carbo- y hetero- nucle\u00f3filos, as\u00ed como sus aplicaciones sint\u00e9ticas en la preparaci\u00f3n de (2e,4e)-dienamidas naturales y como productos de partida en la preparaci\u00f3n de nuevos dienos para reacciones de diels-alder. Tambi\u00e9n se estudia la preparaci\u00f3n de una serie de cetonas que presentan un grupo sulfona o sulfonamida quiral, con el fin de estudiar la influencia de dicho auxiliar en reacciones diastereoselectivas de reducci\u00f3n, hidrocianaci\u00f3n y adici\u00f3n de compuestos organomet\u00e1licos. Asimismo, se han preparado alil y metilsulfonas y met\u00edlsulfonamidas quirales para estudiar la diastereoselectividad conseguida en reacciones de alquilaci\u00f3n y adici\u00f3n a grupo carbonilo.
