{"id":38681,"date":"1998-08-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-08-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/interferencias-analiticas-en-bioquimica-clinica\/"},"modified":"1998-08-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-08-10T00:00:00","slug":"interferencias-analiticas-en-bioquimica-clinica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/interferencias-analiticas-en-bioquimica-clinica\/","title":{"rendered":"Interferencias analiticas en bioquimica clinica."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Luis Casta\u00f1o Vidriales <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La creciente complejidad de los laboratorios cl\u00ednicos, hace que entre la solicitud por parte del cl\u00ednico de una prueba, y la emisi\u00f3n de su resultado por el laboratorio, intervengan un gran n\u00famero de personas y procesos, y que en cada uno de ellos se puedan producir errores que pueden invalidar los resultados.  la existencia de interferencias por sustancias end\u00f3genas o ex\u00f3genas en los ensayos y las determinaciones es un problema com\u00fan en el laboratorio cl\u00ednico, el cual es detectado a veces, por el personal del mismo y es apreciada en menor extensi\u00f3n por los cl\u00ednicos.  una definici\u00f3n de interferencia anal\u00edtica es,: \u00ab\u00bbel efecto de un constituyente (interferente), que por s\u00ed no produce lectura, en la exactitud de la medida de otro constituyente o el efecto que produce en cualquier etapa de su determinaci\u00f3n.  hemos estudiado en este trabajo el efecto que tendr\u00eda sobre las determinaciones de distintos constituyentes bioqu\u00edmicos, \u00ab\u00bbin vitro\u00bb\u00bb, tanto los interferentes end\u00f3genos (bilirrubina, hemoglobina, o lipemia) como algunos interferentes ex\u00f3genos (algunos f\u00e1rmacos de uso frecuente en cl\u00ednica). El trabajo se ha realizado en varios analizadores de varias casas comerciales.  las conclusiones obtenidas son:  1.- La bilirrubina produce interferencia negativa anal\u00edticamente significativa en la determinaci\u00f3n de: glucosa (en todos los analizadores), creatinina (hitachi), urato (eris-au), alanina aminotransferasa (cx-7), gamma glutamiltransferasa (au, hitachi), colesterol (todos los analizadores), lactato dehidrogenasa (hitachi), calcio ii (hitachi), fosfato no esterificado (todos salvo 917), prote\u00ednas totales (hitachi, cx-7), y amilasa (hitachi), e interferencia positiva en la determinaci\u00f3n de: triglic\u00e9ridos (todos los analizadores) y de hierro (ii+iii) (hitachi).  2.- La hemoglobina produce interferencia negativa en la determinaci\u00f3n de: urato, gamma
