Se optimiza la determinaci\u00f3n de litio por espectroscop\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con llama y espectroscop\u00eda de emisi\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con icp. Se investigan las interferencias m\u00e1s comunes en los tres m\u00e9todos propuestos y se determinan las rectas de calibrado, con el fin de obtener el intervalo de cumplimiento de la ley de beer. Se estudian la sensibilidad, reproducibilidad, exactitud y precisi\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos. La recuperaci\u00f3n es pr\u00f3xima al 100% y los coeficientes de variaci\u00f3n inferiores al 1,5%.  los m\u00e9todos propuestos se aplican a la determinaci\u00f3n de litio en: bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, aguas minerales, jabones y geles.  se aplican los test estad\u00edsticos \u00abt de student\u00bb y tablas \u00abadeva\u00bb y no se encuentran diferencias significativas entre m\u00e9todos, excepto en whiskies. El litio determinado en bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y aguas minerales se somete al test \u00abno param\u00e9trico\u00bb de box-whisker y no se aprecian datos an\u00f3malos. Se concluye que en las muestras de ginebra el contenido de litio es mayor y que los licores afrutados poseen un contenido en litio menor que los licores no afrutados. En cuanto a las aguas minerales, se aprecian tres grupos que se confirman mediante el dendograma y las curvas de potencia: grupo i.- Aguas del centro-norte de galicia, con un contenido medio en litio y conductividad variable. Grupo ii.- Aguas del sur de galicia, con un alto contenido en litio y conductividad variable.
